I am guilty of going shopping again today. I saw this dress on forever 21’s website for only $8.50 and I thought it matched my new feather earrings perfectly, but when I got there they also had a black one in the same style so I left with both of them :) it is super cute it is tshirt material and has cute little cuff sleeves and a high neck. love them. you can see it here on f21 but it looks like they only have the tan/brown one left.
